Here's what to expect from the moment you order to the moment Eye Star Vision arrives — and your options if it's not the right fit.
Processing & Delivery
Within the Baltics, delivery takes 1–3 business days from order approval. To the rest of Europe and internationally, it's 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Refunds
As an EU customer, you have the right to return your device within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required, full refund. Devices are returned to our address in Riga: Rēzeknes 4, Rīga. Every device also includes a 24-month manufacturer warranty.
International Orders
Within the Baltics, we deliver via Omniva, DPD, Venipak, and other local parcel-machine networks. Across the rest of Europe and internationally, we use carriers like UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
We handle export documentation and payments on our end. Any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or import paperwork required by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Good To Know
A small, standard battery — no shipping surprises
Eye Star Vision has a small built-in lithium-polymer battery (1600 mAh) — well within the range couriers ship every day inside phones, earbuds, and other consumer electronics. It travels under standard consumer-electronics rules, so in almost all cases it won't add any extra delay or paperwork to your delivery.
