Eye Star Vision has a built-in rechargeable battery, which classifies it as a lithium-battery device under international transport regulations. Couriers handle these shipments according to IATA and national dangerous-goods guidelines, which can occasionally affect routing or timelines to certain destinations. This is standard procedure for battery-powered electronics — not a sign of a problem with your order.
